2016 Fossil Point Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles AVA

Dark Cassis and ripe plum aromas, with licorice spice notes.  Classically Claret-like on the palate, with velvety tannins and good acidity.  Cocoa and vanilla French oak tones balance the fruit.
