Vanilla Creme and ripe peach fruit notes predominate.  The palate is smooth, with spice notes of star anise and ginger.  Perfect with shrimp, fresh scallops, or tender flatfish like sole or sanddabs.  Versatile enough to be your everyday Chardonnay.
