The 2015 Central Coast AVA Chardonnay is produced from select vineyards in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties, at the heart of Coastal California wine country.  Cold fermentation temperatures in stainless steel tanks and use of the aromatic musqué clone of Chardonnay bring freshness to the nose and palate of this wine.  Perfect partner to oysters and other shellfish, and overall a very versatile partner at the table.
